Step 1: Exfoliation

 The first step to stabilize well lipstick lips is exfoliation. Take a toothbrush and do not use soft scrub on your lips, dipping it in a mixture of honey, sugar and a few drops of lemon. (This should be done 2-3 times a week)

Step 2: Soaking

Step 3: The right contour

With a brush, spread your lipstick carefully filling the outline created with the pencil.

Step 5: The matte texture

 

The secret to give texture to any matte lipstick is the powder. All you have to do is to go lightly with a brush, a powder layer transparent powder over the makeup of your lips.

Step 6: The final touch

With powder your lips will look a little dull. What you have to do is spend another layer of lipstick you used for filling the lips.
